We are currently looking for representatives ranging from entry level to experienced professionals who are driven, yet humble and coachable. Our specialization in Mortgage Protection Insurance requires our representatives to meet and serve families that have requested help with mortgage protection or final expense insurance. With access to over 20 A and A- rated insurance carriers, our representatives provide the best and most affordable options and will also have access to final expense, Med sup's, IUL's and Annuities products as well. As a key member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on families' lives while enjoying the flexibility of a 100% commission-based role. • Conduct comprehensive needs analysis and present suitable life insurance solutions to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively educate clients on available options.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

This is a lead driven system, and our leads are EXCLUSIVE to our agents; therefore NO COLD CALLING REQUIRED, we are only contacting those who have requested information. Each week we mail thousands of letters to people who just bought or refinanced a home in your area. Our letter states that our client may qualify for a non-medical mortgage protection product. This product allows for their mortgage to be paid off, in the event of their death; or make the mortgage payments in case of a disability or critical illness such as cancer, heart attack, or stroke. In the event that our clients do not experience any of the unforeseen events, they can receive all of their money back at the end of the coverage period. Simply put, free insurance, or savings plan. We also have final expense leads, telemarketer leads and internet leads. Our clients that are interested in our product will personally fill out our questionnaire with their name, birth date, height & weight, sex, smoking status, and a few phone numbers to reach them by. They will then fold up that application and mail it back to us.
You will be trained by a tested system, a phone script that will get you an appointment to see your client in their home. You will then have access to our in-home presentations that work. You spend about an hour in the home helping our clients pick the best and most affordable program that benefits their family. Your typical commission is about $500 per family protected.

WHAT YOU MAKE
This is a 1099 sales position. Commission is around $500 per application. Full time underwriters write about 4-10 applications per week.

• Our part-time agents who follow our system make approximately $30k-60k their first year
• Our full-time agents who follow our system make approximately $75k-180k first year

Qualifying Agents are able to earn a 5% commission increase EVERY 2 MONTHS.
