How We Are Better :
- Better Pay Paid weekly at .55 CPM with .01 CPM raise at six months and .04 CPM at one year
- B etter Raises- Annual Raises take you up to .65 CPM

- Be tter Rider Policy- Free Rider program from day one (we will pay for your riders travel)
- Better Equipment- Trucks are 3 years old or newer, are governed at 68mph, and equipped with APUs, refrigerators, and 1800 watt inverters
- Be tter Orientation- We fly you to orientation instead of bus, pay you $1000, and give you a private hotel room
