Haul Truck Operator

Allan Myers is looking for a dedicated, hard-working haul truck operator to join our team of professionals. Learn and grow within our company; we promote from within and provide great benefits.

This non-exempt position requires heavy physical duties on a variety of tasks which are generally either unskilled or semi-skilled in nature. Duties will vary depending on the type of work assigned to crew.

Responsibilities :

• Operates A40 haul truck.
• Digs, spreads, and shovels dirt and gravel using pick and or shovel.
• Lifts, carries and holds building materials, tool and supplies.
• Cleans tools, materials and work areas.
• Performs equipment maintenance duties such as cleaning, greasing and oiling machines.
• Adjusts hand levers and depresses pedals to operate equipment and control attachments such as blades, buckets, and swing booms.
• Compliance with Allan Myers Policies including but not limited to Equipment repair / maintenance procedures and Operator Safety Standards, Safety, Safety, Safety! and Home Safe Tonight and related policies.

Hourly Range : $23.00 - $25.00, based on experience.
