About the Role Why It Matters : The Ecommerce Lead will be a cornerstone of the brand's next phase of growth. Tasked with owning and scaling the Shopify storefront, this person will drive the digital experience from discovery to checkout. Beyond just managing site performance, they'll be a strategic force behind growth initiatives blending CRO strategies, lifecycle marketing, paid media coordination, and data analytics to optimize every customer touchpoint.

This is a cross-functional role for someone who's equally analytical and creative, and who thrives at the intersection of product, marketing, and tech. With tools like Triple Whale, Klaviyo, and Postscript at your fingertips, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping acquisition, retention, and revenue performance in one of the most exciting categories in DTC.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Own and optimize the Shopify ecommerce site to drive growth, conversion, and customer experience.
  • Manage site performance including merchandising, landing page development, user experience improvements, and CRO strategies.
  • Collaborate with development partners to implement front- and back-end updates, integrations, and feature improvements.
  • Oversee performance marketing efforts in partnership with internal stakeholders and external paid media partners (Meta, Google, etc.).
  • Utilize platforms such as Triple Whale for analytics, attribution, and performance reporting.
  • Work closely with retention platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Postscript, Attentive) to manage email and SMS lifecycle campaigns.
  • Develop and execute paid media strategies with a focus on customer acquisition and ROAS.
  • Partner with creative and brand teams to develop high-performing creative assets for digital and paid channels.
  • Monitor KPIs, provide actionable insights, and drive continuous improvement across all ecommerce touchpoints.
  • Stay current with DTC trends, tools, and technologies with an emphasis on beauty, wellness, or adjacent categories.
