divh2Education Logistics Assistant / h2pKellyBPO, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is seeking an Education Logistics Assistant for a long-term position with one of our Global Clients based in Raynham, MA. / ppThis is a full-time position with competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, 401k, and paid time off. / ppTitle : Education Logistics Assistant / ppLocation : Raynham (02767) / ppPay : $26hr; plus benefits and PTO / ppHours : M-F 8am-5pm. / ppDuration : long term contract / ppResponsibilities : / pulliStocking and organizing of disposables and product for labs, workshops, demos / liliPicking, packing, shipping and receiving of capital equipment, loaners, disposables, and product for various events both on and off site / liliMaintaining stock levels of disposables, consumables, and products / liliConducting audits cycle counts / liliMaintaining inventory accuracy / liliManage flow of deliveries in and out of facility ERD recycling and destruction of expired or old product / liliUpdating, charging repairs as needed of Barcode Scanners used w / FileMaker Pro Advanced / liliAssist with maintaining equipment for sales demos, displays / exhibits, professional education, company meetings, cadaver labs, sales training, and workshops. / liliSupport product requests, prepare portable display properties tablecloths, roll-up graphics, posters and inspect upon return, handle distribution and shipping / liliMaintain consistency of set contents, ordering missing items, adding new items to inventory / liliPick and pack daily orders for shipment. / liliPrepare paperwork for international shipments to include carrier required documents as well as Customs required documents. / liliLaser Etch new education material as required. / liliKnow and follow policies and procedures related to work activities performed in area of responsibility. / liliComplete training in area of responsibility within allowed time-period. Training is required for changes in existing policies and procedures, for new assignments and for implementation of new policies and procedures. Complete required periodic re-training in areas such as safety and environmental compliance. / liliFollow all company safety policies and other safety precautions within work area.
