Our mission is to foster holistic development through play-based learning, ensuring each child thrives academically, socially, and emotionally.
Position Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director to lead our center. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for early childhood education, and the ability to manage daily operations effectively. This role requires multitasking across various responsibilities, including staff supervision, parent communication, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations of the center, ensuring a safe and enriching environment for children.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of educators and support staff.
- Develop and implement curriculum aligned with developmental standards.
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians.
- Ensure compliance with Missouri state licensing requirements and health regulations.
