  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of school trends, the competitive landscape, and the evolving needs of early-in-career talent to keep Crusoe's strategy competitive.
  • Candidate Engagement: Act as a career advisor and brand champion, cultivating long-term relationships with high-potential students and recent graduates.

  • Experience: 47 years of experience in early career recruiting, ideally within a high-growth technology company.
  • Mission Driven: A genuine passion for the intersection of energy, climate, and computing.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in using data to optimize the hiring funnel and measure the success of university partnerships.
  • Compelling Storyteller: The ability to articulate Crusoe's impact and build a narrative that resonates with the next generation of talent.
  • Communication Skills: A knack for making candidates feel valued while acting as a data-backed advisor to internal hiring managers.
  • Exceptional Follow-Through: High attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring a premium candidate experience.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel to campuses and industry events (approximately 15-25% during peak recruiting seasons).
