Description

The eCommerce Specialist will oversee the functionality and ongoing optimization of Shorr’s eCommerce platform, ShorrExchange. This role is central to elevating customer experience, driving adoption, and maximizing digital revenue channels. The ideal candidate combines customer-centric thinking with strong technical, analytical, and project management skills. Responsibilities
Identify and develop initiatives to better serve customers and maximize conversion rates, retention, and digital revenue opportunities
Lead and execute the customer onboarding process for the eCommerce site, ensuring a smooth transition into online ordering
Work cross-functionally with Customer Support and Sales to provide training, introductions, and support to new users
Oversee PunchOut integrations with customers to ensure a seamless process acting as primary liaison between sales, customer support, IT, and third-party providers.
Manage overall setup, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the eCommerce site, ensuring usability, accuracy, and operational excellence
Monitor site performance and analytics to identify opportunities for improvement
Continuously assess and improve product content, including descriptions and images
Collaborate with IT on system enhancements, integrations, and platform development considerations
Work with Marketing to support promotions, new product introductions, and campaign initiatives.
Support customer facing teams with training, documentation, and best practices related to eCommerce and PunchOut.
Shorr Packaging does not provide work authorization sponsorship for this targeted compensation for this position is between $70 - $80K base plus targeted bonus, depending on skills and experience of the selected candidate. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
2+ years of experience in eCommerce or online platform management
Salesforce Commerce, PunchOut, and Coveo experience a plus
Proactive mindset with passion for customer experience and continuous improvement
Excellent time management, project management, and communication skills
