Job Summary

Job Summary :

The Sr. Analyst, eCommerce plays a critical role in optimizing the performance of the eCommerce sales funnel and ensuring the channel meets its revenue targets. This position is responsible for continuously monitoring funnel health, diagnosing friction points, and uncovering opportunities that drive conversion improvement across product portfolios. Leveraging intermediate / advanced expertise in Adobe Analytics, this individual will conduct deep dive performance analysis, develops proactive reporting and alerting, and partners cross functionally to assess the impact of new features, site enhancements, and key launch initiatives. The Sr. Analyst will independently build dashboards, deliver actionable insights, and guide decision-making that strengthens the overall eCommerce ecosystem.

  • Manage day‑to‑day analysis of the eCommerce funnel from traffic through conversion, continuously strengthening analytical depth and domain expertise.
  • Intermediate to Advanced experience in Adobe Analytics , reflecting a commitment to developing and maintaining expert-level proficiency.
  • Proactively develop reports, insights, and optimization recommendations , showing a drive to enhance skillsets and deliver higher-value insights over time.

  • Establish sales funnel health reporting to highlight performance gaps and business-critical abnormalities.

  • Manage comprehensive funnel analysis across all product portfolios, contributing directly to sales, conversion, and revenue performance.
  • Develop reporting and dashboard requirements for measuring success of new feature releases, ensuring stakeholders have accurate, actionable data.
  • Produce ongoing insights and optimization recommendations , supporting both near-term KPI achievement and long-term digital performance growth.

  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
