We are looking for an amazing Intern, E-Commerce Merchandising to fill this role, which is based in our Fort Lauderdale office. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital merchandising and content operations for a globally recognized travel brand. You'll help shape the online experience for millions of guests by supporting both promotional and non-promotional initiatives across our international websites.

Here is a summary of what Princess is looking for in its Intern, E-Commerce Merchandising. Is this you?

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the setup, QA, and timely execution of website content across North American and international markets.
  • Support the Manage Booking section by optimizing the presentation and functionality of purchasable offerings, including :
  • Shore excursions
  • Spa services
  • Other onboard experiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, and IT) to ensure seamless content delivery and a consistent user experience.
  • Gain exposure to digital operations, content strategy, and e-commerce best practices in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program.
  • Enthusiastic about digital experiences, customer engagement, and the travel industry.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Interest in the cruise and travel industry is a plus.
  • This position is considered Hybrid and follows the Company's schedule of three days in the office per week (Tuesday Thursday).
