Manage pricing and promotions with a sharp balance of competitiveness and profitability. Write and refine engaging product descriptions, marketing copy, and digital content that actually converts. Act as the main point of contact for assigned marketplaces and own account performance end to end. Monitor account health, resolve customer issues quickly, and protect strong ratings and reviews. Analyze performance data, spot trends, and adjust strategies to keep growth moving forward. Coordinate inventory planning and forecasting so best-sellers stay in stock and surprises stay rare. Partner with marketing, operations, customer service, and warehouse teams to keep everything running smoothly. Jump in wherever needed to support broader eCommerce and business growth. 2+ years of hands-on eCommerce account management experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills (you can explain the why, not just the what). A sharp eye for detail and a talent for creating and optimizing product content. Comfort working with data, dashboards, and KPIs to guide decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with Google Analytics and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) marketing. A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines independently. A track record of executing strategies that drive real, measurable results. A solid understanding of branding, digital marketing, and customer engagement in eCommerce. Experience in outdoor furniture or furniture categories. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a growth-first mindset. Familiarity with omni-channel pricing and promotional alignment.
