A company is looking for a Major Incident Manager to support the management and prevention of business-critical outages.
Key Responsibilities
Execute Major Incident Management process tasks and coordinate activities across global and local teams
Act as the escalation point for incident resolution and ensure customer satisfaction
Drive process standardization and improvement projects in collaboration with process owners
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in incident management
Familiarity with ServiceNow, XMatters, and Everbridge
Availability to work 12-hour night shifts (7 pm EST to 7 am EST)
