Your Responsibilities as a Residential Service Electrician

As a Residential Service Electrician, your technical skills will be crucial in diagnosing, repairing, and installing electrical systems in residential homes. You will interact with homeowners, not only solving electrical problems but also identifying opportunities for additional services and upgrades to improve safety and efficiency.

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical issues – From basic fixture installations to complex panel replacements, your electrical expertise will shine.
• Sales responsibility – As the face of Mr. Electric, you'll have the opportunity to recommend solutions and upgrades to homeowners that ensure safety, efficiency, and long-term satisfaction. Job Requirements

The following are the minimum requirements for the Residential Service Electrician position:

• 3+ years of professional-level electrical experience – You should have a strong background in troubleshooting and repairs.
• 2+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to read and write English at a level required for successful job performance.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with homeowners and presenting solutions.
• A commitment to delivering top-notch customer service and ensuring safety.

Pay & Other Benefits

At Mr. Electric, your compensation reflects both your technical expertise and your sales performance. You’ll earn between $70,000 to $150,000 annually, with:

• Base pay plus performance-based incentives, rewarding your hard work and sales success.
• We handle setting your appointments, so you can focus on providing quality work and excellent service.
