Pay Range: $14.00 - $23.00 per hour, based on experience and credentials

Your Role:

As a Residential Install Helper, you'll work alongside experienced HVAC installers to support the installation of heating and cooling systems in residential settings. This hands-on role is ideal for someone mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and looking to grow a long-term career in the HVAC industry. Responsibilities include assisting with equipment and ductwork installation, preparing and cleaning job sites, organizing tools and materials, and following all safety protocols. You'll play a key role in ensuring each installation runs smoothly while delivering excellent service to our customers. No prior HVAC experience is required-we provide training for the right candidate with a great attitude and strong work ethic.

Qualifications:

• Prior mechanical experience is a plus
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification - preferred (or willing to obtain after hire)
• RMGA Certification - preferred (or willing to obtain after hire)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently and in team settings
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
