Job Description

  • Business Strategy and Development :
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow market share in the sensor segment, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in line with company goals.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of market trends, competitive products, and customer needs to inform product and business development strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and sales, to bring sensor solutions to market and meet customer requirements.

  • Address complex challenges and provide solutions based on in-depth evaluations of variables and market demands.
  • Direct the application of existing principles while contributing to the creation of new policies, ideas, and best practices.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement.
  • Network with key contacts across different areas of expertise, effectively leveraging these relationships to support business goals.

  • Engage with external partners and customers, using persuasive skills to communicate the value of our sensor products and solutions.
  • Market Insight and Product Expertise.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of sensor technology and its applications across industries such as automotive, consumer electronics, and industrial.
  • Monitor and analyze developments in the sensor market to anticipate customer needs and position the company as a leader in the industry.
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure alignment of product features with market demands and customer requirements.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 3 year with a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience in business development, FAE, AE, product management, or a related role within the semiconductor industry.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing business strategies, especially within the sensors or semiconductor sectors.
  • Technical and Market Knowledge :
  • Advanced understanding of sensor technologies, such as MEMS, Position, Capacitive, Impedance, Temperature, Flow, Force or Pressure Sensors and their applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand market dynamics, industry challenges, and customer needs in relation to sensor solutions.
  • Circuit Simulation and Altium PCB Layout Software is a plus
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills :
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex data, assess trends, and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Experience in problem-solving within a business context, with a proven ability to adapt and develop solutions to complex challenges.
  • Proficient in CRM tools with strong data analysis abilities to drive strategic development
  • Communication and Influence :
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders on business objectives.
  • Experience in adapting communication style to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
