Do you love working with elementary aged children? Are you passionate about the Montessori method and eager to learn more?
We are hiring Assistant Guides who are excited to support our Elementary program. We have an amazing team of Lead Montessori Guides who you will be supporting in both small group and one on one instruction, to provide a rich and authentic Montessori experience for all children in our classrooms.
This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to learn more about the Montessori approach, or for those fresh out of Montessori training. We provide ongoing professional development, feedback, and help develop your skills as you refine your practice. This opportunity to be mentored by a phenomenal team of lead elementary guides, running one of the best Montessori elementary classrooms in the country.
Our elementary program is truly unique : a mixed-aged Montessori community, serving Elementary students whom are learning alongside one another in a rich social environment. The Montessori approach offers highly individualized lessons and extended periods of concentrated work.
