A company is looking for an Eligibility Analyst- REMOTE.
Key Responsibilities
Acts as a subject matter expert for eligibility processes and participates in department projects and client interactions
Serves as the primary contact for external clients and vendors, facilitating timely resolution of escalated issues
Identifies and implements improvements to existing eligibility processes and may manage Medicaid subrogation activities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Liberal Arts, Science, or related field, or equivalent experience; HS diploma or GED required
2 years of experience in healthcare, PBM, eligibility, or claims processing
Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
