Sunday, Monday, Tuesday Overnights
Followed by 4 days off
Please note: These are 12-hour overnight shifts, and maintaining a consistent sleep schedule is important. Candidates who work additional jobs during daytime on their days off will find the transition between daytime and overnight challenging.

Parking & Towing Enforcement is a 24/7 towing and vehicle storage operation based in Austin, TX. We work with law enforcement, apartments, businesses, shopping centers and motorists, keeping properties clear and vehicles moving.
Position Overview
If you can spot a make and model just by the headlights, you’re probably going to feel right at home here. We’re hiring detail-oriented bilingual (English/Spanish) Dispatchers to join our overnight team. In this role, you’ll answer phone calls, assist customers, coordinate with tow truck drivers, process vehicle releases, and input/report vehicle information into our database systems.
This position is a mix of office work and operations support. Some nights are slower and focused mainly on vehicle records, paperwork, and answering calls, while other nights move quickly with impound releases, roadside calls, dispatching drivers, and customer interaction. Responsibilities can change throughout the shift depending on call volume, city events, weather, and overall company activity.
