We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Ready Mix Dispatcher to join our team and ensure efficient scheduling and delivery of our concrete products.

Job Description :

As a Ready Mix Dispatcher at HRM Concrete, you will be responsible for coordinating the scheduling and dispatching of ready mix trucks to various job sites. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong understanding of logistics and customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Schedule and dispatch ready mix trucks to ensure timely delivery of concrete to job sites.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and plant personnel to coordinate delivery schedules.
• Monitor and adjust schedules based on traffic, weather, and job site conditions.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, driver logs, and job site information.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Perform routine checks on delivery status and driver performance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs and expectations.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in dispatching, preferably in the concrete or construction industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with dispatching software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
• Knowledge of local geography and traffic patterns.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends as needed.
