We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team in Canoga Park, California. This Contract to permanent position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will play a pivotal role in coordinating schedules and ensuring seamless communication between teams and clients. Responsibilities :
- Schedule and coordinate appointments based on service requests received from the sales team and customer communications.
- Maintain and adjust dynamic schedules to accommodate evolving priorities and unforeseen changes.
- Communicate updates to clients regarding their appointments, ensuring they are informed of any adjustments.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with the Director of Technical Services to report on progress and receive assignments.
- Work closely with technical teams to align service appointments with operational capabilities.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of dispatch activities.
- Utilize computer-aided dispatch systems to streamline scheduling and communication processes.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- At least 2 years of experience in dispatching or a related role.
- Strong customer service skills, particularly in a call center or client-facing environment.
- Proficiency with computer-aided dispatch systems and logistics coordination.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Familiarity with scheduling and appointment coordination.
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively with various departments.
