ED Volume: 17,000

• ED Beds: 8 - 10
• Staffing Model:
  • 24 hours of single Physician coverage per day with 12-hour shifts
  • 8 hours of APP coverage per day
• EMR: Epic with Abridge AI for ambient generative AI documentation
• State-of-the-art, fully-equipped Emergency Department
• Staffed by Emergency Medicine board-certified Physicians and appropriate support staff
• Easy access and established transfer protocols to all Allegheny Health Network facilities for a full continuum of care via the AHN Transfer Center
