Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify strengths and improvement areas for existing products. Collaborate with quality teams to ensure all products meet compliance, safety, and performance standards. Assist in resolving quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions. Provide product training and technical support to the sales team. Develop product documentation, including user manuals, specifications, and marketing collateral. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings to promote products. Work with supply chain and operations teams to ensure smooth production and distribution. Associate BA / BS degree preferred, Associates degree or equivalent experience required. Experience in product management, merchandising, or a similar role within the hard goods category. Familiarity with product development cycles and manufacturing processes. Strong knowledge of hard goods materials, trends, and market dynamics. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using the Microsoft Suite Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Detail Oriented Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional commercial teams. Project management skills and the ability to track processes against milestones. High energy to drive results and manage change. Ability to handle product samples for evaluation and analysis. Willingness to travel to supplier sites, trade shows, or customer locations as needed.
