Emergency Recovery Coordinator/ Lead for Partnership & Community Engagement

The team member who fulfills this hybrid position will also play a critical role in business development, as they will be the primary team member responsible for outreach, including building business-to-business (B2B) partnerships, increasing brand awareness in our community, and driving organic business leads to our company. A successful candidate will be comfortable making cold calls, drop-in visits to other businesses, and striking up conversations in a confident, genuine, and enduring manner.

Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for property owners by leading with empathy and active listening to help develop a positive and trusting relationship.
- Communicate with transparency and candor with property owners, being able to deliver clear truth and certainty.
- Provide emergency recovery kits and services to those impacted by disaster.
- Generate revenue opportunities by directly consulting with property owners affected by damage.
- Work with Insurance Agents, Adjusters, Property Managers, First Responders after traumatic events to ensure customers receive highest quality care during transition from chaos to calm.
- Quick thinking/response time to ensure that all property and personal belongings are taken care of.
- Develop and maintain strong B2B relationships, including with insurance agents and adjusters, property managers, contractors and other industry business partners.
- Conduct external outreach and cold-calling effort (over the phone and in person) to drive organic business leads and relationships.
- Volunteer non-operational time to local community events and outreach.
Qualifications:
- Experience within restoration industry desired.
- Previous experiences within emergency response, business development desired.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills that leads with empathy and transparency.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Must be flexible and know how to prioritize time.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Desire to serve others honestly and wholly during their time of need and restoration.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and insurable

- Competitive hourly wages, ranging from $55,000 -$ 65,000 per year with bonus opportunities.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
- Full time, 40+-hour work week including nights, weekends, holidays and on-call 24/7.
- Hybrid environment between office and various job sites in changing weather/environmental conditions.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, squat, climb stairs frequently throughout shift.
- Frequently required to use Personal Protective Equipment based on requirements and demands of job site.
- Ability to lift/manipulate items of approximately 50 pounds

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
