Physician Employment Opprtunity  - Family Medicine

Granger Medical is actively seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Internist to join our existing Family Medicine group, as part of Granger's multi-specialty medical clinic in West Valley City, Utah.

The Physician is responsible for Family Medicine-specific patient care; including but not limited to : evaluation and management, follow-up, medication management, procedures and implementing a treatment plan in conjunction with patient needs. Physician will manage patient charts within the current EMR; eClinicalWorks. Physician will be involved in call coverage as shared with the group.
