Key Responsibilities

Participate in clinical review of digital health startups and evaluate their solutions for acute care

Validate clinical claims and assess patient safety, outcome metrics, and medical appropriateness

Support venture due diligence by evaluating regulatory pathways, liability risk, and clinical evidence strength

Required Qualifications

Board-certified Emergency Medicine Physician with 5+ years of ED clinical experience

Familiarity with digital health technologies and acute care software platforms

Ability to communicate risk assessment and clinical feasibility to investors

Interest in innovation and venture diligence in digital health product evaluation

Strong understanding of triage workflows and clinical safety standards
