IES, Integrative Emergency Services, a physician-owned private practice, is recruiting full-time, part-time or PRN Pediatric Emergency Medicine physicians to join the team in the Children’s ER at Tucson Medical Center.
Pediatric Emergency Department:
·Volume: 31,000
·Admission Rate: 1%
·Patients/Hour: 1.5-2 per clinician
·Physician Coverage: 30 hrs daily
·Physician Shifts: 9 hours
·APP Coverage: 12 hrs daily, 18 hours during winter surge
·Pedi ED Beds: 14
·Pedi Hospital Beds: 33
·NICU: 42-bed, Level III
·PICU: 12 beds
·EMR: Epic
Qualifications:
·BC/BE Pediatrician with Pediatric Emergency Medicine fellowship
·BC/BE Emergency Medicine physician with Pediatric Emergency Fellowship or combined Adult/Pediatric Emergency Medicine residency
·BC Pediatrician with Pediatric Critical Care fellowship & 10 years hospital ER experience
·BC Pediatrician with 10 years hospital ER experience
·Arizona Medical License (or ability to obtain)
·DEA
