About the Role

SJCH is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive, whole-person care for patients of all ages—helping advance our mission of health equity and community well-being. You’ll collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated medical, dental, and behavioral health services that make a tangible difference every day.

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages
• Conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and manage chronic and acute conditions
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated, whole-person care

Educate patients and families on disease prevention, treatment plans, and healthy lifestyle choices
