• Check ShiftWise for extension updates rather than email. All extensions require Tenet Home Office two step approval before they can be confirmed in ShiftWise. You will see it available for your approval once Tenet has approved!
• After the initial rate request, the Account Managers will update you as soon as it is approved or declined, we will let you know immediately! Follow up emails are not needed
• If your clinician is no longer available / interested, it is your responsibility to remove them from ShiftWise
