Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate patient care, assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, to ensure effective care delivery.
• Provide empathetic care to patients throughout prevention, treatment, and follow-up stages.
• Demonstrate nursing competency and utilize a comprehensive skill set.

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required, and a Bachelor’s Degree in nursing is preferred. Candidates must hold an unencumbered RN license from the State Board of Nursing or possess multistate licensure in an NLC state. Ongoing maintenance of department-specific competencies and certifications is also required.
