Emergency Room Registered Nurse

MLR is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Emergency Department team at a state-of-the-art healthcare facility near San Dimas, CA! This full-time, permanent position is an excellent opportunity to provide life-saving care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities for the Emergency Room RN :

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse range of emergency and trauma cases.
• Perform rapid assessments and prioritize interventions in critical situations.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures following physician orders and established protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care for patients transitioning between units.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with hospital policies.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and post-discharge care.
