Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse - Location: Not Specified. This position involves delivering professional emergency nursing care in an acute care hospital setting. The role includes managing a diverse patient population, including neonates, adolescents, and adults, with a focus on trauma and emergency care.

Job Details

Position Description: Emergency Room (ER) Nurse responsible for providing urgent care, managing emergency situations, and supporting trauma and pediatric emergency units.
Required Qualifications: Valid license in the state of practice, ACLS, BCLS, NIH (National Institutes of Health) certification, PALS, and TNCC certifications. Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience.
Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in trauma centers (Level I or II), Pediatric Emergency Department, and familiarity with Epic charting system.
Additional Information: Candidates may be required to float between units, including pediatric units. Flexibility to work a block schedule at the discretion of the management is preferred. The assignment begins on 11/09/2026 and concludes on 03/01/2027.
Submission Requirements: Include responses regarding prior employment at Providence facilities, with details of location and dates, and provide two references covering at least 1 year within the last 3 years, during the compliance process and before the start date.
