A company is looking for a Sr. Employee Relations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Provide employee relations counsel and guidance on sensitive issues such as harassment, discipline, and terminations
Manage investigations and provide recommendations in alignment with company policies and legal requirements
Function as an internal consultant to leaders, offering strategic guidance on talent management and performance issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
Typically 10 years of employee relations or HR experience, or 15 years in lieu of a degree
Understanding of California Labor Laws is highly desired
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
Experience in the healthcare industry and high growth companies is preferred
