Project Overview

Great Basin Staffing LLC is seeking Licensed Journeyman Electricians for a large-scale mission-critical data center project in Fargo, North Dakota.

This is a long-term opportunity supporting one of the largest data center developments in the region. Electricians will install power distribution systems, cable tray, conduit, electrical equipment, and other mission-critical infrastructure supporting hyperscale data center operations.

The project is currently working 6-12s for 72 hours per week, providing 32 hours of overtime each week based on the current schedule.

Responsibilities

• Install EMT, IMC, and rigid conduit systems
• Install cable tray and support systems
• Pull and terminate power, control, and low-voltage cabling
• Install switchgear, transformers, panels, MCCs, and electrical equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, one-lines, schematics, and electrical drawings
• Perform equipment terminations and startup support
• Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning
• Maintain compliance with NEC, NFPA, OSHA, and site-specific safety requirements

Licensing Requirements

Applicants must hold:

An active North Dakota Journeyman Electrician License

OR

An active Journeyman Electrician license from a reciprocating state with the ability to obtain North Dakota reciprocity.

Reciprocating states:

AK, AR, CO, ID, IA, ME, MN, MT, NE, NH, SD, UT, or WY

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of commercial, industrial, or data center electrical experience
• Experience with conduit installation, cable tray, wire pulls, and terminations
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to satisfy required site onboarding requirements
