  • Operational Excellence and Project Delivery
    • Oversee power sector project execution to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and margin objectives are achieved.
    • Provide hands-on leadership support to project teams during early-stage sector development.
    • Drive disciplined project selection, risk management, and operational controls appropriate for complex power sector project work.
  • Business Development and Client Engagement

    • Support pursuit strategy, interviews, and contract negotiations for strategic projects.
    • Partner with Marketing and Business Development to strengthen sector brand presence and market visibility.
  • Team Leadership and Culture Building
    • Establish clear expectations, accountability, and pathways for growth.
    • Model RNGD's culture and core values while building a safety-first, high-performance environment.
    • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing power sector leadership and project team.
  • Financial and Commercial Management
    • Own sector-level budgeting, forecasting, backlog development, and financial performance.
    • Support estimating strategies, pricing decisions, and commercial structuring for industrial projects.
    • Establish KPIs and reporting cadence to support scalable growth.
  • Enterprise Collaboration
    • Partner with shared services and vertically integrated teams to support sector ramp-up.
    • Ensure alignment between sector goals and enterprise-wide initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in power, energy, utility, or EPC construction environments.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex construction projects and teams, power sector or related preferred.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience owning or influencing P&L performance.
  • Proven ability to build teams, systems, and processes in growing or emerging business units.
