- Guide participants in developing and executing tailored continuous improvement plans that align with energy efficiency goals and organizational objectives.
- Facilitate engaging training workshops, on-site sessions, and one-on-one coaching to build participant knowledge, inspire change, and support long-term behavioral and operational transformation.
- Conduct monthly coaching calls and regular check-ins to assess progress, address challenges, and provide actionable feedback on SEM implementation efforts.
- Communicate energy-saving opportunities effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, including presenting findings from site walk-throughs and assessments.
- Coordinate with internal program teams—such as operations, engineering, outreach, and management—to ensure alignment on goals, track milestones, and report on participant progress and overall program performance.
- Maintain organized records of participant activities, performance metrics, and key deliverables; contribute to program-wide planning, resource development, and quality assurance to support continuous improvement of the overall initiative.
