Join Primoris Energy Services in Deer Park as our Bilingual Receptionist and become the front-line force behind a smooth, organized, and welcoming operation. In this role, you’ll support onboarding by coordinating pre-access testing, safety training, and new-hire paperwork, while posting and screening craft opportunities through UKG. You’ll help guide applicants, assist with HR needs, and keep the office running with confidence and professionalism. Responsibilities :
Onboarding Support : Facilitate pre-access requirements for new hires, including coordinating drug, alcohol, and background testing, safety training, and necessary paperwork.
Assist new hires with onboarding documents, such as sign-on packages and benefit enrollment.
Coordinate new hire arrivals at job sites.
Craft Job Opportunities : Post available craft job opportunities via UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group).
Screen craft applicants and forward relevant profiles to hiring managers.
Craft test applicants when needed.
- General HR Assistance : Provide additional HR support as needed for the division.
