Renewable Energy Project Manager
The base salary for this position is dependent upon experience and location. Location : TX, OR or WA - remote with travel Salary range : $94,490.00 to $129,924.00
The Renewable Energy Project Manager will manage engineering, procurement, and construction activities, from planning through project completion, of new projects and / or modifications to existing energy facilities for Avangrid Renewables, in close collaboration and with guidance from the Project Director. This involves defining project goals, creating detailed plans, monitoring progress, identify and managing risks, coordinating with various stakeholders and team members including subcontractors, to ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget, all while aiming to achieve successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Work in collaboration with project engineers, construction site managers and other team members to ensure that project milestones are met safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Accurately report on project status by providing regular updates, including but not limited to schedules, financials, risks and opportunities, and other relevant items.
- Work in a safe, cost-effective and responsible manner, with a team of professionals who provide technical expertise and project support from inception to completion.
- Assist in technical due diligence in conjunction with other departments.
- Ensures compliance with established project management methodologies and standards.
- Ensures process feedback mechanisms are implemented and utilized for identifying process efficiencies and improvements, including process and functional quality audits, and focusing on Company strategic initiatives
