Strategic Account Leader

Arcadis North America is seeking a Strategic Account Leader with demonstrated relationships with Consolidated Edison (ConEd). This role will focus on driving the growth of Arcadis' services across all business areas within ConEd, with a specific focus on Energy Transition, Environmental Site Assessment and Remediation, Power Delivery (Electrical Transmission, Distribution, and Storage), and Permitting and Planning. The ideal candidate will have a working relationship with ConEd in one or more of these key areas and will be able to immediately access new growth opportunities.

Role accountabilities include:

• Serving as Arcadis' primary relationship manager (Account Leader) to further our relationship with ConEd and focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience while diversifying Arcadis' service offerings to ConEd across Energy Transition, Power Delivery, Site Assessment and Remediation, and Permitting and Planning opportunities.
• Developing and expanding Arcadis' relationships across the ConEd enterprise to create inspired partnerships, and continue to build an understanding of Arcadis' capabilities and to expand Arcadis' position as a trusted partner.
• Collaborating within Arcadis teams to develop and deliver differentiated services and pursuit strategies.
• Leveraging Arcadis' knowledge and expertise to identify new business opportunities and to develop winning strategies to support ConEd's needs by delivering world-class projects.
• Overseeing contract administration and Arcadis' internal process and reporting relative to services delivered to ConEd.
• Building internal contract/program execution teams to ensure successful project delivery including quality, schedule, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborating with other Arcadis Account Leaders to develop targeted pursuit strategies and expand Arcadis' presence in the Power and Energy Sectors.
• This role requires frequent client engagement, with an emphasis on building and maintaining strong relationships through regular in-person meetings in the ConEd service area.

Required qualifications include:

• A minimum of 20 years of relevant experience
• Bachelors degree in Engineering or similar Science
• Direct experience supporting ConEd through applicable services and solutions.
• A deep understanding of ConEd's procurement process and expectations.
• Being located proximate to ConEd operational locations.

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $142,416 - 242,107. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
