Technology Proficiency : Utilize tablets or smartphones efficiently to facilitate the enrollment process. Feedback and Reporting : Maintain accurate records of enrollment activities and customer interactions, contributing to ongoing performance metrics and improvements. Availability : Full-time availability required, including some weekends. Skills : Strong communication skills, ability to quickly learn and apply sales scripts and rebuttals, and proficiency in basic math. Tech Savvy : Comfortable using technology such as tablets and smartphones for customer enrollments. Customer Service : Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality customer service and manage inquiries effectively.
