Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals, with strong closing skills and a performance-driven mindset. Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities to effectively convert leads into long-term members. Demonstrated leadership experience , including coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing sales teams. Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools , leveraging data to track performance and guide strategy.
