The West Chicago School District currently has an opening for a Family Engagement Specialist in the Birth to Three Home Visiting Program. The Program utilizes the Baby TALK Model of home visiting and is funded by the ISBE Prevention Initiative. Birth to 3 Family Liaisons focus on positively impacting child development and nurturing healthy parent-child relationships during the critical early years.

The position is a 11-month position, with opportunities for additional work in the summer if desired. We serve families from diverse backgrounds, but fluency in Spanish and English is required for this position.

West Chicago Elementary School District 33 is a Pre-K through 8th grade system. For the 24-25 school year, there will be a Birth to 3 program, Preschool, five elementary schools, and one 6 / 7 / 8 middle school. West Chicago Elementary School District 33's population reflects the diverse demographics of West Chicago and portions of Winfield and Wheaton, from which it draws its student enrollment.
