A company is looking for a Digital Engagement Manager to manage customer relationships and drive product adoption in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage a portfolio of healthcare and agency clients, ensuring satisfaction and renewal
Drive product adoption of the Population Intelligence platform and Digital Audiences
Streamline workflows and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer engagement
Required Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or digital media / advertising technology
Background in healthcare marketing, healthcare data, or SaaS is strongly preferred
Proven ability to manage customer relationships and drive account growth
Strong understanding of digital audience activation and campaign execution
