Construction Superintendent
Trillium Construction is now hiring a Superintendent Excavation & Deep Foundation Projects in New York City, NY!
Compensation: $175,000 $250,000 DOE. Eligibility: Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred. 10+ years of civil construction projects experience. Hands-on experience with secant piles, caissons, soldier pile and lagging systems, and steel bracing (walers, struts, rakers). Strong geotechnical knowledge, including soil classifications and site logistics. Proficiency in reading construction drawings, structural and geotechnical reports. Skilled in construction scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project). Experience in cost control, budgeting, and change order management. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. OSHA 30 preferred. PMP Certification preferred. Deep Foundation Institute (DFI) or related certifications preferred. Engineering-in-Training (EIT) or PE license preferred.
