When you become our Residential Construction Estimator, you'll earn $30$35 per hour and become eligible for a 401(k) after one year. From first look to final handoff, you're the architect of clarity: building accurate, end-to-end estimates, aligning scopes and trade partners for seamless execution, and contributing actionable insight during preconstruction and design to optimize value, constructability, and risk. As our Residential Construction Estimator, you'll manage pricing and cost data so our numbers stay sharp and market-true, and you'll deliver a clean, comprehensive handoff to Production so field teams can execute with confidence from day one. You'll work a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 8 AM and 5 PM, both in-office and on-site.
