Design Engineer (EIT)
The Design Engineer is responsible for the design and production of construction plans, technical calculations, reports, and permit documentation for Hillpointe's multi-family development projects that occur in Georgia, Florida, and the Southeast.
The role involves :
- Coordinating with multiple stakeholders
- Performing hydrologic analyses
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the engineering team
- Develop tree management / landscaping plans, site grading plans, earthwork calculations, erosion and sedimentation control plans, and utility plans, including water and sanitary sewer design.
