Oversee construction management, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with project specifications and safety standards. 5. Implement and maintain quality control procedures, ensuring that all work meets or exceeds the required quality standards. 6. Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure that all project objectives are met. 7. Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process, using problem-solving skills and technical expertise. 8. Provide regular project updates to senior management, including progress reports, budget updates, and risk assessments. Qualifications: 1. A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on project management and engineering. 3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, including submittals, change orders, and quality control procedures. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively. 5. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and supervise a team. 6.
