[job_card.job_description]Education : High school diploma or equivalent. Experience : 1-3 years previous experience in a manufacturing or material handling role is preferred. Skills : Strong organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in material handling and inventory tasks. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and other departments. Basic computer skills for record-keeping and inventory management. Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 50 lbs.) regularly. Prolonged periods of standing walking and operating material handling equipment. Ability to work in varying environmental conditions including exposure to noise dust and temperature variations. Standard manufacturing environment with adherence to safety protocols. Move / Lift / Carry up to 50 pounds. Standing up to 8 hours per day.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Expedite the transfer of materials components tooling and paperwork between different manufacturing departments to ensure timely production processes.
- Review production schedules to identify shortages.
- Alert team members of any potential problems.
- Report on completion dates material changes shortages schedule status and schedule modifications.
- Maintain accurate records of material movement inventory counts and any discrepancies noted during handling.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Work closely with the manufacturing team and other departments to streamline material flow and address any material handling issues.
- Other tasks assigned by Management
