Position Overview
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support and perform moderate to complex engineering activities related to the development, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing processes for high‑reliability printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) and electronic systems. This role focuses on both PCBA manufacturing and systems integration, ensuring efficient, repeatable, and high‑quality production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing methods for complex, high‑reliability PCBAs and electronic systems
- Define manufacturing processes, operations, sequences, routing, and tooling required for new product introductions
- Create and maintain work instructions and production documentation to support manufacturing builds
- Support assembly and rework processes for PCBAs and electronic systems
- Perform routine problem solving, root cause analysis, and failure analysis to resolve manufacturing and product quality issues
- Provide limited technical communication with customers as needed
- Support multiple customers simultaneously (typically five to six), ensuring manufacturing readiness and process consistency
- Develop initial manufacturing designs for printed circuit boards, including solder paste stencil designs and reflow soldering profiles
- Ensure compliance with IPC standards and internal quality requirements

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $48.00 / hr.
