Quality Control Technician - Topeka, KS

Pay Range : $32 - $46

We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit.

Responsibilities :

• Perform quality inspections on manufacturing floor
• Approve and release high-quality products
• Track shop floor quality performance metrics
• Identify and address areas for process improvement
• Coach team members on quality standards
• Develop and enforce good manufacturing practice systems
• Implement testing techniques for product inspection
• Recommend changes to methods and procedures as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for quality initiatives
• Conduct root cause analysis for defects and develop corrective actions
• Kit components for welding and assembly when necessary
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement
• Address safety issues promptly and efficiently
• Document quality assurance processes and results

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent

Background check

Drug screen

5+ years of manufacturing experience

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
