Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow the engineering team while recruiting and retaining talent

Partner with Product leadership to translate the product roadmap into engineering deliverables and manage project timelines

Establish code quality standards and implement engineering best practices for system design and performance optimization

Required Qualifications

8+ years in software engineering with 3+ years in engineering leadership roles

Experience scaling engineering teams from 5-10 to 20-50+ engineers

Proven track record in delivering complex SaaS products in fast-paced environments

Strong background in modern web app development and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Experience implementing engineering processes and standards from the ground up
